Confirm there are no placeholders, internal source notes or broken characters in the send content. 7. Send a test to the customer's own authorized test recipient using the customer's email platform. Review visible links, line breaks and unsubscribe placement. 8. Obtain final owner approval, confirm the intended audience and schedule, then let the customer send. Letter Lane does not send the campaign or access the list. 9. Record actual send dates and optional platform-reported results for the customer's own review.
